What we stand for

Six principles that guide how we choose partner schools, set our fee, and support every student we take on.

01

Student-first

We only recommend programmes that fit you — not programmes that pay us the highest commission. The fee you pay us is the same whichever school you choose.

02

Transparent pricing

A flat enrolment fee, paid in two stages. No hidden charges, no success-contingent surprises, no commission from schools baked into your tuition.

03

Real human support

Every student gets a named advisor. Not a chatbot, not a ticket system — a person in Poland you can call when your visa letter is late.

04

Independent partners

We work with accredited Polish schools of every size — state universities, private academies, specialist colleges. We're not tied to a single institution.

05

Honest about fit

Our job is to tell you if Poland isn't the right move, or if a programme isn't right for your portfolio. We'd rather place fewer students well than many badly.

06

Beyond enrolment

Getting in is the start. We stay with you through visa, arrival, first year, and community — because that's where most international students actually struggle.

Frequently asked

What does the enrolment fee cover?

Our €1,800 enrolment fee covers everything from your first discovery call through to your first week in Poland: application preparation, portfolio review, personal statement writing, interview coaching, visa guidance, accommodation placement, airport pickup, and a dedicated year-one advisor.

Do I pay tuition fees to Fabric Republic or to the school?

You pay tuition fees directly to the school. Our enrolment fee is separate and covers our support services. We do not take commission from schools, so our advice is always unbiased.

What happens if my visa is refused?

We have a 98% visa success rate, but if your visa is refused, we will help you appeal or reapply at no extra cost. If you decide not to proceed, our fee is partially refundable according to our terms.

Can I work part-time while studying in Poland?

Yes. International students can work up to 20 hours per week during term time and full-time during holidays. We help you find part-time work with our partner makers, cafes, and studios.

Do I need to speak Polish to study in Poland?

Not necessarily. Many programmes are taught in English. However, if you plan to study in Polish, we offer language preparation courses to help you reach the required B2 level.

What if I'm not sure which programme is right for me?

That's exactly what our discovery call is for. We'll talk through your goals, portfolio, budget, and interests — then recommend programmes that fit. There's no obligation to proceed.
